At Uplift Northwest, we manage a full-service staffing operation while also providing a diverse range of free support services to our workforce. Your philanthropic contributions are instrumental in ensuring that we can offer essential job-readiness services such as showers, laundry facilities, job training, certification classes, and housing assistance. These resources are vital in removing the often unseen barriers to employment faced by the most vulnerable and historically marginalized communities. Your generosity makes this possible!

How will my donations help?

Every donation helps drive our mission of providing a path to self-sufficiency through jobs and support services. Here’s what your gift may support:

  • $150 – Provides a worker with the proper safety boots needed for many of the opportunities available through Uplift Northwest
  • $600 – Provides one month of transportation support for 104 participants in our programs, which allows them to get to classes, interviews, and jobs
  • $1,000 – Provides participants with OSHA 10 certifications and access to living wage jobs in the construction industry
